Church bulletin for July 3, 2011

4th of July Meal

We are providing lunch for the firefighters working at the fairgrounds tomorrow who will be unable to leave for a meal. If you can help with supplying a picnic item, please sign up in the foyer. We would like to have items to the church by 1:00pm tomorrow and will be serving lunch at the fairgrounds between 2pm and 3pm. Contact Denise Balicki with questions.

The Memorial Service

for Lavolia Jones will be held on Saturday, July 9th at 12pm at the Ellicot Open Door Church, 2055 Log Road. Lunch will follow the service.

NYI Happenings (Students Grades 6-12)
4th on the 5th

Students are invited to a 4th of July party on July 5th at 2pm at the church.

Youth Workers Needed

For an upcoming all-nighter. We will need a good number of male & female sponsors for this event. Sign up in the foyer today if you are interested.

District NYI (Youth) Day at Water World

Is August 6th. Registrations are due by July 29th. Cost is 32.00 and includes admission and lunch. Additional money for a fast food meal on the way home will also be needed.

Children’s Activities: Sports Camp

Save the date! Sports Camp is coming August 2nd-5th. We had a great time last year and this year will be even better!
